PPP pay per click, increase your $$$

Different from existing PTR, PPP does not use page rank as the essential requirements of a blog can be accepted. PPP prefer to the blogs that have original content, updated continuously and registered at least 3 months. With this provision, I think the PPP blog received the selection manually.
