OBAT BATUK DARI BUNGA BELIMBING WULUH KHUSUS UNTUK BALITA

Ngomong – ngomong soal obat batuk,,, hmm sebenarnya ada berbagai macam tanaman obat yang bisa di jadikan obat batuk,, tapi yang paling terkenal adalah kencur. Namun, kali ini saya tidak akan membahas kencur sebagai tanaman yang terkenal mujarab sekali menyembuhkan batuk, melainkan saya akan membahas Bunga Belimbing Wuluh. Ya ! Bunga Belimbing Wuluh ternyata memiliki khasiat ampuh untuk di jadikan obat batuk KHUSUS BAGI BALITA dan di jamin aman tanpa efek samping.
Resep ini merupakan resep turun temurun dari keluarga ku, jadi tanya – tanya sama ibu juga waktu nulis nieh blog, cukup mudah kok untuk membuatnya :
Pertama : carilah Bunga Belimbing Wuluh kira-kira dua sendok makan.
Kedua : bersihkan Bunga Belimbing Wuluh dari daun-daun atau bahkan mungkin serangga kecil yang menempel, bilas dengan air dingin biasa tiga kali
Ketiga : campur bunga belimbing wuluh dengan satu sendok teh Adas Pulosari, 7 batang daun dengan ukuran 7 cm.
Keempat : masukkan ke dalam cangkir dan tuangkan air sebanyak 200 cc.
kelima : masukkan ke dalam dandang / panci dan steam dengan uap air selama kurang lebih 30 menit. Setelah selesai air akan berubah warna menjadi merah keunguan. Nah bisa diminumkan ke Balita dengan dosis 3x sehari satu sendok makan. (tidak usah di saring ya ! tapi waktu mengambil airnya usahakan jangan sama ampas-ampasnya juga donkk..)
Semoga balita anda cepat sembuh, sudah di pastikan tidak ada efek samping. Karena saya sudah mencobanya sendiri adik saya juga, bahkan teman - teman ibu ku juga banyak yang tanya.
